K & G has pioneered Deep Stage Grouting for delicate repair work to old stone foundations. A series of pipes are drivien below the bottom of the wall, then a cement slurry is pumped under the settled portion of the foundation. This, in effect, creates a new footer under the wall and avoids the potentially dangerous situations created by excavation.

Stage Grouting is also effective in soil consolidation. By grouting at depth, unstable fill materials can be consolidated by the injection of the cement slurry.
