FREEMAN SYSTEM PATENTED PIERS are recognized by engineers as
the premier underpinning system. The foundation is lifted back up to
level by a series of hydraulic jacks and then held in place by a
series of reinforced concrete pier legs. Unlike the helical or
driven pile systems, the FREEMAN PIER is installed under the length
of the existing footer and does not create pressure points or
require damaging part of the footer to create an attachment
point.

FREEMAN PIERS are recognized as the only
underpinning system that helps stabilize a structure from sliding
down a hillside or ravine. Coupled with a Patent Pending
"Compression Anchor", most down hill movement can be
cost effectively abated
